dc.description.abstractThe study investigates the impact of Polaris application on the juice quality of sugarcane in the decline phase of the maturity curve. Polaris, a chemical ripener, has shown improvements in juice quality, particularly in the first ratoon crop of variety Co331 in Northeast Brazil. The research emphasizes the importance of timely application, with optimal effects observed after 6 weeks of application during the decline phase.
