An experiment conducted in Cuba evaluated the effects of planting date, harvest date, and age at harvest on the quality and yield of three sugarcane varieties. Results showed superior yields from planting in May compared to September. Variety performance varied with planting season and harvest month, with C374-72 exhibiting marked superiority in most harvest cycles.
