Abstract
Twelve trials were conducted from 1973 to 1976 to test the efficacy and safety of tebuthiuron herbicide for weed control in sugarcane. The study applied tebuthiuron at different rates to both plant and ratoon cane in clay and sand soils. Visual evaluations were performed to assess herbicidal effects and phytotoxicity over specific durations post-application.
